AWARDS:

Tom Croft has earned Royal LePage Gold or Platinum Awards every year since he started his career in 1988. Since 1995 he has been a Royal LePage Award of Excellence winner every year, earning him a Lifetime Award of Excellence. The Victoria Real Estate Board has also recognized Tom's achievements with Platinum, Gold or Silver awards for sales volume every year since 1988. He was recently awarded a special 10-year pin from the Victoria Real Estate Board Presidential Committee for his outstanding sales record.

BANKING EXPERIENCE:

Tom Croft's previous career in commercial banking with the Toronto Dominion Bank also included mortgage lending and property foreclosure, providing a solid foundation to his achievements in real estate. Tom has successfully used this experience to work with the Bank of Montreal, the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, and the Royal Bank of Canada on foreclosure sales.

GOVERNMENT EXPERIENCE:

Tom Croft has successfully worked with both the BC Housing Corporation and the BC Lands and Asset Corporation, the agency that manages all the BC government real estate assets, including the sale of Crown Land. Specifically, Tom helped with selling excess government land which is now a housing development in Victoria and acquiring a number of properties for group homes for persons with disabilities.

CONTINUING EDUCATION:

Tom Croft continually upgrades his skills and knowledge through British Columbia Real Estate Association and Royal LePage courses. In 2001 he earned his Platinum designation as a Royal LePage E-agent making him a leader in the use of information and communications technology.

PERSONAL:

Tom Croft has been a Rotarian (Rotary Club of Oak Bay) since 1978, is actively involved in the Victoria YM/YWCA, Uplands Golf Club, Turkey Head Sailing Association, Spokesmen Cycling Club and Arbutus Singers. Tom is married with two grown children. In spring 2004 he took a wonderful trip to Italy, then to France in May 2005. In spring 2006 Tom visited in Sweden.
